Why is executive presence so important and why do we hear about it so often? We all seem to know it when we see it, but what exactly is it and how does one develop it?

This interactive discussion will give participants the opportunity to explore what defines executive presence; key components that determine this “elusive” concept; descriptions of the key components; tips to assess your own executive presence and that of others; recruiter survey data and insights.

The session will be led by Senior Advisor Ralph Roberto of Essex Partners. Ralph established Essex in 1999 to provide superior career consulting and state-of-the-art technology exclusively for senior executives. Currently he serves as President of Keystone Partners, parent company of Essex.

Previously Ralph held senior management positions at Polaroid Corporation where he established a unique blend of experience in human resources, sales and marketing.
