New Horizons...A View of Retirement...Next Steps (Career Series #34)

We'll explore the many factors that shape what your retirement could look like and what action steps you can take now to assure a smooth transition when you decide it is time.

Description:  Have you been thinking “how do I plan and prepare for my retirement? The word retirement in today’s world does not mean the same as it did years ago. It used to be about retiring in your mid-60’s, having freedom from work, spending time relaxing and letting life happen. Today we are in a new and different time, one that has been formed from the economic and social changes experienced over the past decade.

Retirement no longer means that a person stops working; rather, it is considered a period of transition where an individual re-focuses and re-balances his or her lifestyle to align with personal circumstances.  Do you want to work part time, take better care of your health, are there family members you need to consider, is there something in life that you still want to accomplish or is it time to give back?

It is never too early to start thinking and planning ahead!

In this interactive  presentation Jayne and John will  explore the many factors that will shape what your retirement could look like and what action steps you can take now to assure a smooth transition when you decide it is time
