Bob Hewes will speak about leadership development, coaching and knowledge management.

During this session Bob Hewes of Camden Consulting will review what Making the Shift means and discuss a raodmap for making it.  This event will be relevant for both individuals in career transitions to leadership roles, as well as managers supporting their team's talent growth.

About Dr. Hewes: A skilled executive coach, strategist and facilitator, Dr. Hewes, a Senior Partner at Camden Consulting Group, designs and delivers executive coaching and leadership development services customized to the unique needs of his clients. He is the co-creator and leader of Camden's Organizational Leaders Program, which this talk is based up, in part.

He also regularly writes articles on innovations that Camden brings to the world of leadership development.  Dr. Hewes has coached hundreds of clients including CEOs to managers in a wide variety of industries and business areas including higher education, biotechnology, high-technology, information technology, life sciences, retail, insurance, professional services and financial services.
