Brett McCarty leads branding and strategic communications for Keystone’s three divisions: Keystone Associates, Essex Partners, and Camden Consulting Group. Her expertise is the building and execution of brand identity, sales and marketing services, and integrated campaigns that articulate and amplify Keystone’s presence.  Keystone’s distinct business model offers high-quality solutions for the most complex of career management challenges. Keystone provides outplacement services, leadership development, executive coaching, team building and training, succession and retirement planning, performance management, and other customizable program support for clients in transition. She founded the Boston- and San Francisco-based Big Rocks A Marketing Cooperative, serving as a marketing consultant to multiple firms including Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, TIAA-CREF, and EastWest Marketing Group where she also served as interim CMO. 

Colleen Torrell is a career management consultant, advising C-suite executives, managers, and professional individual contributors from a wide range of industries through their career transitions. Colleen also leads the Keystone Partners Legal Practice and offers in-depth and specialized career management solutions for attorneys and legal professionals at all levels. Colleen joined Keystone from law firm Choate, Hall, & Stewart, where she was Director of Legal Recruiting and Senior Manager of Professional Development. Prior to that, she was a career counselor at Boston University School of Law.  She has also published articles on Thomson Reuters, Global Legal Post and Legal Management Magazine. Colleen holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA from Boston College. She is a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant and is certified in MBTI as well as retirement assessments Life Options Profile and Retirement Success Profile.

Registration: Alumni may bring one guest for free.  Given the limited spots available and that we are ordering food and beverages, please email Tina Kruczynski at (tina@mitsloanboston.com), if you need to canel your registration. This will allow us to take a fellow alumni off the waitlist. 

Parking: The closest on-campus lots are the Amherst Street/Building E51 parking lot (free after 5pm), and the East Garage/Building E62 (paid parking lot).  The closest public parking is Kendall Center Green Garage, next to the Marriott Hotel.
