“Today’s Leaders Are Data-Driven”

Wednesday, April 7, 2021

6:00 p.m - 7:30 p.m.

The ability to visualize data to tell stories and explain what is trending with your customers and your products is a critical skill for today’s business person. Data about consumer behavior, product positioning and sales performance facilitates decisions. Companies that employ data to drive decisions propel themselves into competitive leadership positions through personalized customer engagement, anticipation of product placement and the ability to adapt new products based on customer feedback.

In this Women and Wine session, let’s chat about ways to use data to propel your leadership position in today’s business world. Katie Manty, Sloan SM '02 and Barbara Nichols will share some of the tactics that they have employed throughout their careers. They will begin with a 30-minute conversation and then solicit engagement from the audience on their experiences.

Potential Interactive Questions for the audience:
  • How are you becoming a data-driven leader?
  • How are you using data to drive new business ideas?
  • How are you collecting data? For what purpose?
