What Does Your Job Search and Sales Have in Common? More Than You Think! (Career Series #106)

Looking for a new job can be incredibly challenging. It can be an emotional roller coaster filled with ups and downs.

When you are looking for a new job, you become the President of your own company and will need to learn to market and sell yourself. You will need to let the companies you are pursuing understand how you can help them, so they will be willing to interview you and hopefully make you a job offer. Looking at your job search as a sales process can increase your chances of success and decrease the time it takes to land your next role.

Please join us for this interactive career series led by Kim Littlefield, Partner at Keystone Partners.

During this session you will have the opportunity to:

  • Understand how to apply sales skills in your job search
  • Discuss sales tips and techniques
  • Discover the importance of mindset
  • Learn how important networking is

Kim Littlefield is a dynamic speaker who has been teaching professionals how to strategically network for over 20 years. In her client relationship/sales role she works with HR and Talent Management leaders on the moments that matter during the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. She consults with senior executives to develop strategies to increase engagement and retention and protect the organization’s brand.
