Rethinking Marketing: Inbound Marketing to Grow Your Business

Today's potential customers seek information through Google, blogs and social media. Yet many businesses fail to capitalize on modern, inbound marketing techniques that take advantage of the way prospects seek out information.

Description:  The way people search for products and services today has drastically changed from what was common practice just a few years ago. Today, potential customers are seeking out information through Google, blogs and social media. They’re active participants who are more in control of their purchasing decisions.  Still, businesses are failing to capitalize on modern, inbound marketing techniques - search engine optimization and marketing, leveraging the blogosphere and engaging in social media - to take advantage of the way prospects seek out information.

HubSpot VP Sales Mark Roberge (Sloan MBA) will offer actionable steps for businesses to take advantage of modern, inbound marketing techniques, including how to optimize websites to get found by more prospects, and how to convert higher percentages of these prospects into paying customers.
Attendees will learn:

  • The changing nature of marketing and how to react
  • The differences between outbound marketing programs and inbound marketing techniques
  • How search engine optimization, leveraging blogs and the blogosphere and engaging in social media can enhance marketing efforts and attract more customers
  • Real-life case studies demonstrating how inbound marketing tools attract more website visits and turn them into potential customers
  • How to measure inbound marketing
