Mission Driven Job Search (Career Event #26)

A Mission Driven Job Search is the process of defining one's place in the world, choosing a direction, and packaging your experiences and personal brand into a product.

Description:  What if you could seek your next job standing in a space that was largely free from the constraints and expectations of others? What if you set out to single-mindedly pursue a career direction maximally suited to your own personal mission and "fit" with the world?

Successful career transition is both an art and a science.  As with many areas of our work culture today, it is an arena that is constantly challenged to blend successful traditional methodologies complimented by the need to embrace change and innovation.   Conceiving the traditional job search as an opportunity to pursue innovation and create a mission driven experience is the focus of our seminar.

During the presentation, the conception, design and implementation of a successful Mission Driven Job Search will be illuminated. Insights will be provided regarding methodology, measureable metrics and the strategies and tactics that provided one job seeker with a road map to success in a very competitive employment market.  Comparative commentary will also be provided in assessing the differences between the “traditional job search model” and the innovation integrated into the Mission Drive Search model.
