Description:  It is generally assumed that networks can help us in our job searches and in connecting to new people. Networks also have the power to help us get work done more effectively, solve problems faster and to impact bottom line business results. For many of us, cultivating the right kinds of relationships and truly mastering the art of networking with our work colleagues is essential, but still remains elusive.

In this dynamic presentation you will explore the foundations of successful network building, including special ways that the most successful people leverage their internal network to succeed at work.

You will discover the critical qualities of effective internal networks, four types of Go To's and Advisors that you must have in your network and even how to position yourself as a true hub and high-profile/high-value resource among your work colleagues. It's a fast-paced and engaging ride through the most current research and best practices on how to truly create value through the relationships in your network.
