Description: The
holidays can be a stressful time for many people, and even more so for
those who are in the midst of a major transition in their careers and/or lives
in general.
There
are many things that are out of your control during times of transition, but one
thing in your control is the power to stay resilient…and that can make all the
difference!
This
will be an experiential seminar where you will learn what happens in your body
when you feel stressed and how you can manage those reactions. You will have a chance to experience 10 quick
resiliency techniques from cutting-edge mind/body and energy medicine fields to
give a real boost to your transition efforts.
Speakers:
Louisa Mattson, Partner at Essex Partners, a firm
specializing in career management coaching for senior leaders in transition. She consults with Essex executive clients
providing in-depth assessment and career planning strategies. Louisa holds a Diplomate in Comprehensive
Energy Psychology and has trained in leading-edge mind/body techniques for managing
stress and addressing "whole person" issues.
Sarah Friedell O’Connell, Partner at Essex Partners. Sarah is a life coach and career coach who
helps her clients achieve greater success and satisfaction both in and beyond
the workplace. She brings over 20 years
of business experience, as well as career management expertise, to her work with
executives, and is a certified Motivation Factor™ practitioner.
