PARTNER EVENT: LeanIn Circle Discussions

Co-hosted by the Sloan Women in Management Club and the Career Development Office

Sloan Women in Management Club (SWIM) will be hosting the event called “LeanIn Circle Discussions.” It’s a great format for students to learn from our wonderful alumnae and each other. We will be grouping 4-5 current students with an alumna to discuss key experiences that women face both in the workforce, and at school. By using a small group format, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to mentor students and have intimate discussions with them on topics such as:

- How to best leverage your business school degree in the workforce

- How to build and use your support network in the workforce & school

- Challenging yourself: Successes, failures, and continuing to grow

- Any other topics the alumna/students would like to discuss

The event is scheduled for Thursday, November 3rd, from 7pm to 9pm on MIT Campus (Exact location will be communicated shortly). Light appetizers will be served.

Please RSVP to khatia@mit.edu by October 17th.
