Today customer data driven businesses are both anxious and experimental.

To meet and exceed customers' high expectations, companies must strategically apply innovative automated technologies, and artificial intelligence (AI) becomes particularly important. To keep up, corporate IT and marketing are in process of massive overhaul, leading to newer forms of CIO/CMO along with adjoining roles, including Chief Marketing Technologist, Chief Data Officer, Chief Innovation Officer.  

A panel of experts will discuss this transformation and share case studies and innovative approaches to leverage the AI revolution, with a focus on enhancing business processes around customer data marketing.

Panelists: Serving as the moderator, Abhi Yadav, SF 2013, co-founder and CEO of ZyloTech, is an accomplished Analytics & Data Technologist Entrepreneur with 17+ years of experience across customer analytics & data science. Abhi adds value at the intersection of Data Science and Customer Marketing across enterprise business.  

Ajay Kapoor is VP of Digital Transformation + Strategy, leading the transformation of SharkNinja's commercial capabilities into the digital age.  Previously, he functioned as a changemaker at Procter & Gamble, leading reinventing brand specific digital strategies, driving forward Big Data capabilities, and broadly focused on being an interpreneur within the larger organization. He was recently named as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. 

Andy Thurai is Chief Digital Strategist with IBM Cloud CTO office, with responsibility for solutionizing, strategizing, evangelizing, and providing thought leadership for emerging technologies. Prior to this role, he has held technology, architecture leadership and executive positions with Intel, Nortel, BMC, CSC, and L-1 Identity Solutions.

Scott Brinker, SF 2007, is the Co-founder & CTO of ion interactive, Editor of chiefmartec.com, and Program Chair of MarTech. Scott is an entrepreneurial executive with broad experience at the intersection of technology and marketing.  Scott is passionate about building agile, high-performance teams to bring to market imaginative products and services.  

Ted Schadler, SM 1996, is VP, Principal Analyst serving Application Development & Delivery Professionals at Forrester Research. He has 29 years of experience in the technology industry, analyzing the effects of disruptive technologies on people and on businesses. His research agenda focuses on digital transformation, digital innovation, digital experience platforms, and digital experience service providers. Ted is an MIT Sloan Alum.

Parking: The closest parking lots are the Hermann Garage and the Building E51 Lot on Amherst Street. The Hermann Garage is located off Wadsworth Street. Turn into the E62 parking lot from Wadsworth Street, and the garage is the very first right, directly under the library. After 5:00pm, an MIT Parking Permit is not required for either lots.
