CEO Roundtable Event (CS #65)

CEO peer to peer groups are recognized as one of the most viable success factors in helping CEOs build successful companies.

Join us at our MIT Sloan CEO Roundtable event in which we will place you into a dynamic and engaging environment to challenge you to address one attendee’s business issue as a collective group. Using a case methodology, The Raffoni Group’s experienced facilitators will guide you through a structured forum to provide an opportunity to receive feedback and training to fine tune and challenge your skills in your role as a CEO. Not only will you strengthen your own leadership thought process, but through this practical and hands on approach, you will be able to take these skills back to your own leadership teams as you gain invaluable insight to the power of peer to peer learning.

  Who Should Attend?

Our target audience are CEOs and Key Executives (executives who directly report to their CEOs) across industries, who lead companies in the range of 5M-250M in revenue.

1.  CEOs of companies who have passed “start up phase” and are looking to go to the next level. Audience members:

  • Will have already shown success in business building.
  • Are keen to continue to “up” their game as CEOs and aim to take their companies to the next level.
  • Have ego-less confidence and are keen to learn from other CEOs who share similar issues

2.  CEOs, owners, and founders who are interested in learning from other CEOs with respect to alternative paths (i.e., not just VC backed), as well as building and scaling a company with the intent of building it to last.

3.  Leaders of seed funded start-ups who are keen to learn from each other with respect to taking their company to the next level – the scaling phase.

4.  CEO direct reports (Key Executives) whose intent is to become a CEO within 24 months.

Due to high demand, we will hold two concurrent CEO Roundtables limited to 10 participants each, one specifically designed for active CEOs and one catering to Key Executives. Because participation is limited, The Raffoni Group will address individual business topics that are top of mind for CEO participants. Facilitators will poll participants via email prior to the event.
