Resilience Strategies in Times of COVID-19 and Cabin Fever

Supporting each other through this stressful time. (Resilience During Turbulence Series #1)

Thursday, December 3, 2020

6:30 p.m - 8:00 p.m.

2020 has been a challenging year for all. Most of us have spent our time distanced from friends and worrying about the health of family members. With fall upon us, the "blues" and stress are starting to catch up with many....especially as we head into the holiday season, cold weather, and shorter days.

In response to the trends of growing stress and the more and more common feeling of the "blues" we're launching a Resilience During Turbulence Series to provide coping mechanisms and fun breaks from the "reality show" of our lives.  Our launch topic will focus on practical strategies  to help us survive the coming challenging days, and to look forward!

Please join us for a relaxing and interactive event with Dr. Eva Selhub, Founder, Resilience Expert, LLC, and an internationally recognized expert, physician, and speaker in the fields of stress and resilience. This session will be very down to earth and practical. The intentions are for all of us to leave with highly executable strategies. Dr. Selhub served as an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as a Clinical Associate of the world-renowned Benson Henry Institute for Mind-body Medicine at MassGeneral, including serving as their Medical Director.
