We bust the common
misconceptions about yoga, like “I’m not flexible enough” or “it’s not
really a workout”! The goal of this event is to leave participants
feeling ready and prepared to take their first class or to make yoga
part of daily life. This will primarily be a learning seminar with a few
instructional take-aways of chair yoga everyone can try. Comfortable
clothes recommended but not required.
