We are fortunate to have Joanna Eldridge facilitate a conversation about returning to the office and
the impacts of a hybrid workplace. Some questions to think about before our conversation:
- Is your company asking if you are vaccinated?
- Are you returning full time to your office? If not, is it your choice to continue to WFH?
- What restrictions will you have at the office, e.g., mask requirement?
- Do you feel you will be at a disadvantage by not returning in person?
Joanna Eldridge is President of J. Eldridge, LLC. She provides Human
Resource Transformation consulting services to a wide range of clients
including PTC, Keolis Americas, Inc, Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Cerevel
Therapeutics, and Radius Health. Joanna works with clients to design and
implement digital HR processes and services to their employees,
leadership team and candidates. She is also Chief Human Resources
Officer of the MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association. She develops
workforce strategies for the Association including leading recruiting
and employee development for employees and volunteers.
