Cooking & eating well don’t have to be dreadful especially when paired with community & wine. Join Hannah for a virtual holistic healthy cooking class! Just show up with the ingredients and follow along as she leads us in creating a delicious meal.

Hannah McKitrick, founder of My Intuitive Health, was born a foodie and attended culinary school in southern Italy post an economic degree. However, around the same time she had to learn how to manage and actually heal her own digestive illness while still maintaining her ‘foodie’ integrity. That led her to creating easy gourmet meals centered around gut healing foods that are good for you and happen to taste amazing.

Hannah is on a mission to help others better align with themselves on a physical and spiritual level by having FUN in the kitchen. She brings high vibe energy to holistic cooking as a means to get creative, have fun in the kitchen, and reconnect with the joy of healing. She replaces the dread of “What’s for Dinner?!” with the inspiration and desire to cook easy, flavorful, and healthy meals. Her signature 8 week Cook Well program is where the transformational magic happens that replaces members’ mealtime and diet stress with an excitement to cook well.

We'll be making Zucchini "noodles" with Roasted Red Pepper Pesto & White Wine Garlic Shrimp. And, we will be drinking a Basil Citrus Cocktail.  The shopping list and recipes will be included in the registration confirmation email.
