In today’s job market having a resume that is Applicant Tracking System (ATS) friendly can be the difference between being interviewed and never being seen. This session will provide tips and resources to beat the ATS.

The session will also cover:

  • Online Job Boards – what they are and what role they play in a job search
  • VR Interviews – the purpose of, and how to prepare for, virtual reality interviews
  • PS Don’t Forget Your Digital Brand – ultimately, people hire people, and the hiring people are looking for you online before they meet with you
