From flaky, tender crusts to sublime fillings, pies are the cornerstone of holiday feasts. Have you ever wondered what goes in to making the perfect pie or why pies fail?

Bring your rolling pin and favorite pie recipe to learn the different techniques of cutting butter into flour to make pies, tarts and galettes during this interactive course in Pie-ology. Christa Kling will share all the trade secrets in making delightful pies with flaky crusts, delicious fillings and show-stopping design.

Learn how to navigate potential pitfalls leading to pie failure and receive honest, professional review of new tools of the trade, techniques and design trends as well as ingredient substitutions to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements so that everyone on your guest list can have their pie and eat it too.
