Heather Srodulski began her career in marketing working as an account supervisor working for some of the country’s leading advertising agencies. After years of rising through the agency ranks into greater leadership roles, she transitioned her skills into the executive, leadership and career coaching industry where she continues to assist her clients in achieving their goals. She has a widespread impact of giving her clients the tools to achieve their goals, from small firms to Fortune 100 & 500 corporations. With an intuitive eye and high emotional intelligence, Heather brings a unique insight into supporting agency executive and creatives. She is passionate about helping those clients needing to navigate critical transition period and adept at providing leadership skill to those looking to further and succeed in their careers. Her agency experience and expertise enables Heather to help others craft their own personal brand or navigate career pivots. Known for her compassionate, focused, results-oriented and empathetic coaching style, Heather is skilled at reviewing her clients’ talents, backgrounds and achievements to empower them to develop their own personal brand. Reneé Zung is a client-focused Career Services Consultant as well as a workshop and webinar facilitator. She brings over 10 years’ experience providing career transition coaching to executives, senior managers and individual contributors. Reneé provides a professional and holistic 1:1 coaching style, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction to professionals in career transition. She develops innovative and strategic business solutions for clients by applying local market trends, business experience, and analytical perspectives to improve and accelerate landing success for clients. She is well versed in leveraging social media to gain exposure in a competitive job market. Reneé's strengths in LinkedIn profile writing and optimization, coaching and facilitation, coupled with her solid business understanding, enable her to advise individuals at all levels across different industries. Reneé is Birkman certified and an educational specialist by training. She received her MEd and BS in Education from Georgia State University.
