"How to end the war with your body". Nina Manolson M.A., Body-Peace® coach will be joining us to explore our relationship with our body. Join us at the Artisan Bistro!

6:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m.
Artisan Bistro, Ritz-Carlton, 10 Avery
Street, Boston

Nina's approach pushes back against society's deep-rooted diet-culture that perpetually sells us the “right” way for women to be in their body. This will be an highly interactive inquiry into how to cultivate a respectful, caring and nourishing connection with our own body so that we can feel at home in our own skin.
