As you consider your next career move, culture is a critical piece for career satisfaction that can be difficult to read from the outside.
Join Dave Denaro and Pennell (Penny) Locey from Keystone partners to discuss how best to assess this important component and answer the following:
- What are the four main types of culture and what should you look for?
- What should job seekers consider?
- How do you evaluate culture?
- How do you evaluate benefits in an offer?
- What does that say about culture?
- How can current employees find out more about what they may already have; and how to suggest new benefits?
