Mary Cavanaugh is SVP, Career Management at Keystone Partners. She oversees Keystone Partners' Career Management business operations and is a member of the leadership team that sets the strategic direction and operational initiatives for the company. She holds more than 20 years' HR experience in high tech, government contracting, and professional services industries – including science and biotech. Mary joined Keystone Partners to leverage her deep experience coaching clients in their career management strategy. Her expertise encompasses career development, performance management, recruiting and selection, and training. A frequent presenter and panel member, Mary has discussed career management issues and innovations at MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association, the CFA Society of Boston, and the Boston Securities Traders Association.

Kim Littlefield is a Partner at Keystone Partners. She has more than 20 yearsʼ experience in business development in the human capital consulting space where she advises organizations and executives on complex workforce planning, leadership development, and career transition issues. Kim provides a strategic approach to career management and works with global organizations to guide the development of successful programs for retention, leadership development, executive coaching, team building, and management training. Before joining Keystone, Kim was a certified senior trainer with Dale Carnegie where she taught courses on human relations, communication, leadership, sales, and presentation skills. Kim is a sought-after speaker on topics including networking, negotiating, and personal branding. She has also written and contributed to articles on networking, resiliency, and Stay Interview programs.

Penny Locey is VP, Career Management at Keystone Partners.  She has extensive experience in career management, human resources, and leadership development. She has worked with Polaroid Corporation, consulted to organizations on implementing organization-wide training, succession planning and talent management programs, and run a successful independent career consulting practice. Penny has also headed restructuring, redeployment, and retraining programs, including partnering with universities and state agencies on the design and delivery of a model biotechnology retraining program. As a founding member of the Independent Career Counseling Consortium and co-founder of New England Institute for Career Development, Penny is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer, and a regular contributor to the media on career issues.
