"How to Read People: A New Framework" (Career Series #102)

Join Dr. Larry Stybel, co-founder of Stybel Peabody Associates, Inc., to discuss how you can “read” others so that you can tailor your messages to increase acceptance.

The Golden Rule: treat others as you would like others to treat you. There is a dilemma when you apply the Golden Rule in leadership:  Try to convince others using the approaches that work well with you may result in you ending up frustrated, angry, and ineffective.

Educational Goals:

  • Participants will be randomly divided into pods of three for this workshop.
  • Presentation of the FAD HOP framework.
  • How to Read People You Have Never Met.
