Victoria Rayel is Vice President, Delivery Lead and Senior Career Consultant at Keystone Partners. She specializes in helping professionals find clarity using the career change process, and job seekers connect to jobs they love. She speaks frequently about careers and career-related topics for audiences including AARP, mid-level international professionals in the Humphry Fellow's Program, and for alumni across colleges and universities. She is also an instructor for undergraduate and MBA career courses at Boston University, Western Connecticut State University, and Northeastern University. Before pivoting to career coaching, Victoria was a senior mutual fund accountant for a major financial services firm.
