Nicole Obi, an MIT Sloan and Dept of Urban Studies & Planning alumna, and President & CEO of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA) will discuss her professional journey.
Nicole worked more than a decade at Fidelity Investments, launching two venture-backed startup firms, to now leading the state’s premier Black business affinity organization.
Hear from Nicole about how BECMA supports and advocates for Black-owned businesses and Black communities, building Black wealth across the state to foster a more productive and inclusive Massachusetts economy.
Women and Wine Wednesdays is a professional networking group for MIT alumnae & friends - women and those who identify as women. If you would like to bring a male colleague, please email Tina Kruczynski (tina@mitsloanboston.com).
