Finding Your Community: Tricia Bitetto’s Journey to Scale the Largest Weekly Networking Event in Massachusetts.
Join us for a unique networking event as we enjoy late summer drinks, nibbles and networking!
What happens when high-achieving women stop navigating existing systems—and start designing their own? In this thought-provoking session, multidisciplinary producer and Venture Café Program Manager Tricia Bitetto explores how women at the top of their fields can reimagine what community means—professionally, creatively, and personally.
Drawing from a 15+ year career spanning comedy, hospitality, culinary arts, and innovation leadership, Tricia shares how she built her own path by producing spaces of connection, curiosity, and momentum—culminating in her current role at Venture Café Cambridge, the largest weekly innovation networking event in New England.
This session is not about networking as usual—it’s about defining your ecosystem, your relationships, and your rhythm at the speed of your boldness.
Tricia Bitetto is an award-winning program manager, strategist, and two-time startup founder known for producing high-impact experiences that spark innovation and build community. Over the past two years at Venture Café Cambridge, she has led programming for 300+ speakers and welcomed more than 20,000 attendees (and counting). Her work bridges global innovation and entrepreneurship, with collaborators including Harvard, MIT, and Princeton. With roots in comedy, startups, and the arts, Tricia builds ecosystems where creativity and strategy converge to drive lasting impact.
Come sip, munch, and mingle with an incredible network of powerhouse women professionals. Let’s build connections that matter!
